〈予約方法〉
こちらの予約フォームからご予約ください。電話予約は受け付けておりません。利用日の前日22時から90日先まで予約可能です。ご不明な点はお問い合わせフォームでお問い合わせください。※イベント（入場料等の徴収がある場合）、個展、展示利用の場合は、電話予約となります。
〈お支払い方法〉
ご予約時にクレジットカード（VISA、MASTER、AMEX）にて事前決済、または現地決済となります。現地決済は、1時間あたり200円が加算された金額となっております。現地では現金、PayPayがご使用いただけます。※Coubicアプリで予約内容を確認する際、現地決済の場合でも事前決済の料金が表示されます。ご了承ください。
〈キャンセルについて〉
・予約確定メールのリンクからお申し込みください。マイページからもお申し込み可能です。
・利用日の8日前までは無料、7日前から100%のキャンセル料が発生します。ただし、予約から25日が過ぎるとキャンセルできません。
・事前決済で返金がある場合、全額返金されます。
・7日前を過ぎると上記方法でキャンセルできません。お問い合わせフォームか電話にてご連絡ください。キャンセル料はキャンセルした日から7日以内に当スタジオに直接支払いに来るか、下記口座までお振込ください。キャンセルした日から7日を過ぎると遅延料金としてキャンセル料金は200%となります。※キャンセル料及び利用料金未払いの場合は法的処置を行う場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

〈備品レンタル〉
備品レンタルサービスを行っております。機材の数に限りがございますので、当日の利用希望はなるべくお控え頂き、予約フォームのオプションからお選びください。レンタル料は利用時間に関わらず一定です。
〈キャンペーン〉
当スタジオでは、割引キャンペーンを行っております。詳細はInstagramをご確認ください。 割引キャンペーンをご利用になる場合、支払い方法は必ず現地決済を選択してください。予約フォームのシステム上、通常料金が表示されますが当スタジオでお支払いいただく際、キャンペーン価格適用後の金額でご案内致します。尚、キャンセルの場合は割引キャンペーンの金額ではなく、通常のキャンセル料金となります。予めご了承ください
〈領収書発行について〉
領収書希望の旨とお名前、予約日時、宛名、但書をご記入の上、お問い合わせフォームよりお申し込みください。
〈施設ご利用時のお願い〉
・体調の悪い場合や37.5度以上の方はご利用できません。
・ご来店時、またスタジオ内でのマスク等の着用をお願い致します。
・施設ご利用時は、こまめな手洗いや除菌剤による手指消毒をお願い致します。
・スタジオ内、更衣室、廊下等をご利用の際は、お客様相互の間隔にご配慮ください。
・更衣室のご利用は10分以内でお願い致します。
・ご利用の15分前より来店可能、利用終了後15分以内には施設からの完全撤退をお願い致します。
・厚生労働省の新型コロナウイルス接触アプリ「COCOA」の登録を推奨致します。
・アルコール消毒剤をAREA3-1に設置しております。感染対策に是非、ご利用ください。
〈AREA3-1の注意点〉
・万が一ロッカーの鍵をなくした場合、弁償して頂きます。
・利用時間は事前に予約された時間内でのご利用を厳守してください。無断でのスタジオ利用、また無断での延長利用は無断利用時間1時間あたりの料金200%に加え違約金（5000円）を請求させていただきます。開始時間前の無断利用についても同様です。度重なる場合には今後のご利用をお断りすることがあります。
・利用終了時には利用前の状態まで原状回復してください。
[ Booking ]
Complete your booking at Booking form. Unless you book Events or Exhibitions etc., we do not accept booking via phone. You can book till 10pm of the day before the time you are planning. And you can start booking from 90 days prior to the date you are planning. If you have any questions or need any further information, please feel free to contact us on our Contact form.
[ Payment ]
You can select credit card payment (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) or cash payment (PayPay available). If you select cash payment at the studio, please note that extra 200 yen will be added per hour from the price list. *Only when you check your reservation on Coubic application, the price may be shown as the one excludes the extras. That's a system issue we're fixing and please make sure 200yen per hours will be added when you pay at the studio.
[ Cancellation ]
- You can cancel using a link in your booking confirmation email. If you create an account before booking, you can cancel from mypage.
- There is no charge for cancellation up to 8 days before the scheduled date of use. If you cancel from 7 days prior to the scheduled date, 100% of the total amount will be charged to you. However, you will not be able to cancel after 25 days even if it is before the cancellation deadline.
- If paid in advance, you will receive the refund to your credit card.
- However, once you are charged for cancellation, you will not be able to cancel Online. Please proceed with your cancellation via Contact form or phone. The payment will be required within 7 days from the date of cancellation procedure at AREA3-1 directly or via bank transfer to the following bank account. Once we can’t confirm the payment by the due date, 200% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty. *Please note that we will have to take a legal action if necessary.

[ Discount ]
Follow our instagram to see the latest discounts we offer. What you have to do to receive the discount is only select the cash payment when you book. Due to the system issues, the original price will be shown but the discount will apply when you pay at our studio. Please note that only if you cancel and are charged for cancellation, the cancellation fee including a penalty will be calculated from the original price.
[ Equipment rental ]
Equipment rental available. Since there is a limited number of equipment, we strongly recommend you to secure them when you book at Booking form. Urgent requests may not be possible to meet. All the items are fixed price no matter how long they’re used for.
[ For Those Who Need The Receipt ]
If you need the receipt, please write your name, your reservation date, an official addressee and a brief description you would like us to put on the receipt via Contact form.
[ Request when using ]
- If you have a cold symptom or a continuous cough, and if you have a fever / higher temperature than 37.5C, we will have the right to refuse your entry.
- Please wear a mask when you enter and keep the mask in the studio unless you are in a social distance with others.
- While you are in the studio, please maintain good hand hygiene frequently.
- While you are in the studio as well as the changing rooms and corridors, Please keep a social distance from each other.
- Considering the importance of ventilation, we may restrain you from for a long time.
- You can enter the studio 15mins prior to your booking time. In order to practise sanitation for the next guests and reduce overcrowding in the studio, please keep your finishing time and make sure to leave the premises at least in 15mins.
- We are advised to install “COCOA” (Covid-19 Contact-Confirming Application) from the government.
- We provide hand sanitizers at the entrance in AREA3-1. Please make sure to use it at least when you enter and leave the studio.
[ Attention ]
- Please do not lose the locker key. Noted you will be charged for the replacement fee if you lose it.
- We respect a timetable for all users. Please strictly adhere to your scheduled time. If you use the studio without any permissions or if you exceed the scheduled end time without prior notice, make sure you will be charged 200% of extra hours and a penalty (¥5000). The charges will apply if you start much earlier than your scheduled time. If that’s considered as a malicious act, we may reject your future access to our services.
- Please restore the studio to its former condition after use.
