Service from the security guard to the receptionist up to the lady who checked my documents is impressive. Going to Brisbane Consulate is like having a taste of Japan. Customer service is superb!

Very impressed by their services. We arrived before our assigned appointment and was catered to in less than 5 mins of waiting. The staff are very friendly and detail-oriented. Appreciate the promptness.

As always, prompt, efficient, helpful service by all staff - from the lovely security man at the door to the helpful Counter staff, thank you.

Remember to bring all Docs as this is ONLY done in person for Police checks which was a bit onerus as had to take the day off work to travel to BNE and apply

The only inconvenient that I had was when I tried to select a date for my appointment, the web page was crashed, so I had to wait one week to make an appointment, after that everything was good, all your personal was really kind.

ドアマンの方はとても親切でした。免許の翻訳を取りに行ったのですが、詳しいことは教えてくれず、自分で免許センターまで有効期間を聞きに行きました。大使館で伝えられた内容と異なりました、、

予約から受け取りまで全てがスムーズで、待つこともなく短時間でパスポートを受けとることが出来ました。申請の際に駐車場予約の事も教えて頂いて、とても助かりました。
