Lovely salon with an exceptionally kind and skilled staff. Light spa was a much-needed dose of relaxation, and the haircut was the best I've had in years. Highly recommmend.

初めの応対から終始丁寧に接していただき、とても心地の良い時間でした。しっかりカウンセリングしていただいた後に、似合いそうな髪型とわたしの希望を合わせて、新たな視点から提案していただけたのが嬉しかったです。また伺いたいです。

I had a great experience at Haku! Ayami was amazing, she was so friendly and the haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would visit again next time I’m in Kyoto! :)

Toshi was really great. He was attentive and even ran out of the store when I forgot my home treatment product. My hair is in much better condition now after the treatment!

I booked my head spa and haircut one day in advance and the booking process was very easy. The associate who performed by head spa service was very professional and provided a wonderful service. The stylist who cut my hair was very kind, professional and although there was a language barrier, she ensured I received the cut and style that I wanted. I received one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten and highly recommend haku! The entire experience was wonderful.

amazing experience and a beautiful, calming salon. the woman who cut my hair was very nice and knew exactly what i wanted. i don’t speak japanese but was able to communicate through google translate and also by just showing her a picture of what i wanted (which i recommend for foreigners). thank you haku !

I had such a wonderful expérience at Haku, I highly recomand this place. I reserved for headspa and haircut, both were wonderful ! My hairdresser's name is Toshimitsu Shiota. I had a great moment talking with him, he is truly adorable and really gifted. I love my hair, so soft and shiny and the haircut is absolutely fabulous! Thank you so much for everything !
