Hi! I found the reservation very easy to do, however, I wasn't able to join yesterday. Arrived at 20:30 after misunderstanding which pier the boat was leaving from. Saw the boat sail away. I was waving for the driver to wait for me but he/she didn't. I understand, though, how time should be strictly observed. It's just sad that I missed it.
