The place was so beautiful! The ink mixing lab was on the second floor. I booked the morning slot. There were only three people, so we could work freely and quietly. The staff was accommodating and attentive, giving clear instructions and asking if I needed further assistance or could understand them. The session began with the staff introducing the process and providing a simple demonstration. The lab also includes instruction cards with detailed instructions (in both Japanese and English) on how to mix the colors to get your desired custom. I had an enjoyable time discovering colors and experiencing their nuances. I also had a great time browsing their ink collection in their shop on the ground floor!

What an incredible experience! My mom, fiancé, and I took time during our trip to Tokyo to visit Ink Stand. The staff member helping us was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. All of our ink turned out beautifully. We also enjoyed selecting pens for our ink. I can't wait to do this again when we return.
