I did the HIFU treatment for face and neck which was very gentle yet effective for skin tightening. Rina is so sweet and gives you her knowledge and recommendations for at home skin care as well! Will definitely be coming back whenever I visit again :)

I'm very grateful for the facial treatment that Sofia provided since Rina had her wrist broken and thankfully didn't cancel the appointment. This is my 2nd time visiting Kozy Beauty Salon and I hopefully one day I'll will visit Japan agian to have another appointment with Sofia and Rina! I had the best facial experience in Japan with Ms. Rina. She made me feel comfortable right away and even educated me on which facials and products would be best for my skin, and which ones to avoid in Japan. The whole session felt more like talking with a friend than an appointment. My boyfriend also had a facial, and we both left with glowing skin. I’ll definitely come back next time.

I initially booked a consultation with curiousity to try HIFU, but after discussing my concerns—mainly acne and hyperpigmentation—I was recommended a targeted facial instead, with the addition of 10 minutes of microcurrent therapy to help achieve a lifted and tightened appearance. I really appreciated the personalised approach and expert advice.

After the treatment, my skin feels incredibly smooth, plump, and noticeably firmer. The results are visible immediately, and I love how refreshed and glowy my face looks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tailored treatment and real results!

I had an amazing experience! The staff were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. The facial treatment was relaxing and left my skin glowing. They are also very friendly and accommodating to foreigners, which made me feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality treatment in a relaxing atmosphere.

Today’s session was comfortable, and I felt less pain than last time. I just have a mild ‘bruised’ feeling, which I know is normal after HIFU. Ms. Rina is so nice and made me feel at ease. I’ll post another review in a few weeks if I notice changes.

Took an undecided facial as I am not sure of what is best for me. Sofia attended to me - speaks fluent English and are friendly!

I have informed her my skin concerns and she has recommended me one of the Christina facial - Unstress ( ¥16,500) She has explain that is a non invasive treatment with no down time.

Her hands are gentle and soft while handling my face, and that really calms me and made me sleep well while she make the magic work!

I recommend this salon definitely.
