Reiko is the best! I don’t know what technique she uses but this is by far the most gentle and almost pain-free Brazilian wax I’ve had in my life! Reiko was accommodating, friendly, and she made me feel so comfortable. Definitely will book again for my next appointment! She can speak English too! :)

Absolutely incredible experience! She was extremely detail-oriented and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and understanding were unmatched, and there was no language barrier at all, which made the experience even more comfortable. Hands down, one of the best waxes I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend her to anyone in Tokyo looking for exceptional service!

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a really great experience for me. It was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was hella nervous, but Reiko-san was very calm and soothing! No judgement and very relaxing atmosphere. I, unfortunately, had unexpected started my mensural cycle like two days beforehand and was super worried and reached out to her concerned that I'd have to cancel because of it. But nope! Reiko-san said it was no problem. And I'ma be very honest here: I booked an VIO and she took EVERYTHINGGGGGG, nothing was spared haha and I was very satisfied with the results!! I was afraid that it would like, really hurt. But HONESTLY? The plucking was the worst part, but it only lasted like a minute then it was over. 100/10 experience and will definitely go again!!

Reiko is super quick and precise! It was over before I knew it. She also made conversation so most of the time I was distracted and not notice the pain. It was only my 2nd time and it's been a long time after the previous waxing, so I was nervous, but after getting Reiko's care, I don't feel scared of waxing anymore. I feel comfortable to go again on my next special occasion.

The service was really great and the provider was so gentle, kind, and courteous! She was quick yet very attentive and meticulous. The wax also hurt less than the ones I usually get in America. When I'm back in Tokyo, I will definitely visit this studio again!

Wow what an incredible brazillian waxing experience! I'm from California and have been getting waxed for over a decade now and she is by far the best I've ever experienced. Her attention to detail of course and just pure skill was truly next level!! My experience up until today had been primarily hard wax so I had my hesitations when I saw that it was soft wax but lo' n behold it was amazing!! I think this has got to be one of the least painful waxing experience. I cannot recommend her enough!! I love the chill, cozy atmosphere and it being a small independent business made it even a bigger winner in my book!
