I don't like the QR scheduling system. Why can't I just make an appointment with reception? I hate having to enter my address every time. It takes too much time to do it on the phone. I don't like standing for 10 minutes while the receptionist is there in front of me. Why can't I tell her when I want my appointment to be?

It has been very convenient to set up appointments and speak with the doctor. He is welcoming and listens to my concerns at each appointment. We have set up video appointments since I live further away. Payments have also been incredibly easy.

The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful!
