クラス内容 Class Content

ZOOMを使用した60分間のオンラインレッスンです。

取り組む内容は、姿勢、体さばき、素振り、型稽古など。

身近にあるものを使用し、武士の時代から伝わる技の鍛錬を行います。

This is a 60-minute online lesson using ZOOM.

You learn posture, body movement, swinging a sword(substitute), and kata practice in this lesson.

Using familiar objects as a substitute of a sword, you will practice techniques that have been passed down since the

days of samurai.

※日本語でのご受講が難しい方は、英語サポート付きコースをご選択ください。

※グループ指導の料金は一団体の料金となっております。代表の方がお支払いの上、別途精算をお願い致します。

ご用意いただくもの　What to bring

■刀の代わりになるもの（扇子、折り畳み傘、サランラップの芯など、全長が2〜30cmあるもの）

■ZOOMのアプリがダウンロードされたスマートフォンやPC

■動きやすい格好 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

■稽古ができるスペース

※畳2畳程あればご参加頂けます。全身を映せるようご使用のデバイスから少し距離を取った形でご参加頂けますと、より具体的に講師からのフィードバックが可能です。

■Substitutes for a sword

(fan, folding umbrella, core of saran wrap, etc., something with a length of 20-30cm)

■Smartphones or computers that have the ZOOM application downloaded

■Comfortable clothes

■Space to practice

*If you have a room which is an area of about 2 tatami mats, 2 square meters, you can join a lesson. You learn a little

away from your device so that you can see your entire body and get more specific feedback from the instructor.
