この度はジムの利用につきまして、ご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。

ご連絡をいただきましたダブルブッキングについて、弊社にて予約状況の確認をさせていただきました。

予約状況について確認をさせていただきましたと(火)ころ、9/19(火)18時からの予約をされているお客様は確認ができましたが、9/19(火)18:30からの予約をされているお客様は確認ができませんでした。

以上の調査から、18:30頃に来られたお客様につきましては、恐らくお時間、もしくはお日にちを勘違いされてジムにお越しいただいたお客様であると推測されます。

そのため、弊社でも今回の件に関しては全く把握ができない事案でございました。

ですが、ご投稿者様におかれましては、ご不便、ご不快な思いをさせてしまったことは事実でございます。心より深くお詫び申し上げます。

なお、今回発生してしまった事案に関しては真摯に受け止め、お客様間でのトラブル発展などを未然に防げるような工夫に努めてまいります。

この度は、緊急の案件に対応できず、大変申し訳ありませんでした。当ジムの管理運営を第3者に委託しておりましたが、清掃等満足できる状態ではなかったので、再度管理人（委託）を変更いたしました。（令和4年10月1日より）
