This guided Ashtanga yoga half primary series class is appropriate for students with an existing Ashtanga practice. This class begins with the opening chant and moves rhythmically through the sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures and finishes with the closing sequence. Harmony is one of the select few who received Sri K Pattabhi Jois's blessing to teaching Ashtanga.

Harmony Slater is a mother, mystic, and one of only ten Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructors in Northern America. As a reformed perfectionist recovering from eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, Harmony found her freedom from physical pain and mental strain through over twenty-five years of dedicated yoga practice. Today she specializes in guiding others to find similarly effective self-healing. She is also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with expertise in mental fitness.
