セッションの始まりには、この1ヶ月に叶えたい願いや意図を見つめるための簡単なワークを行い、その後サウンドバスによって内なる世界へ深く入っていきます。

※ヨガマットと温熱アイマスクはご用意しております。マットに敷くタオルやブランケットをご持参ください。さらに快適に過ごされたい方は、枕や掛けブランケットなどもご自由にお持ちください。

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments under the energy of the new moon. These group sessions invite you to restore balance and clarity in a safe, supportive space—whether you join with friends, family, a partner, or on your own.

Each session begins with a short intention-setting workshop to reflect on what you wish to call in for the month ahead, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath that guides you inward.

Yoga mats and heated eye masks are provided. Please bring a towel or blanket to place on the mat. For extra comfort, you are welcome to bring your own pillow or additional blanket.
