水着を着ましたが、シューズが濡れるだけで済みました。故意に入水しないと全身が濡れることはなさそうです。インストラクターの方は、裸足でしたので、裸足ならタオルがあれば大丈夫かも。海と違い波が全く無いことと、足が濡れても粘つかないからノンストレスでした。私は、64歳ですが、体力的には、とても楽ですね。もちろんインストラクターの方の丁寧なご指導に感謝です。

Very nice experience. Beautiful conservation area. Extremely calm water. Suitable for beginners. We were able to stay on the board for the whole period and did not fall down into the lake. Ha-ha! We enjoyed the experience with fun under little rain. Wind breaker and pants were provided. Coach took a lot of good photos for us. Thank you!
