ワインは食事に寄り添い、一捻りスパイス（アクセント）があるワインがコンセプト。上質なチャコリやリオハ、南スペインのシェリーやフランスワインとのマリアージュもお楽しみいただけます。
In Spain, local cuisine in the north and what I felt locally were expressed using Spanish ingredients as well as seasonal Japanese ingredients. The concept of the wine is to snuggle up to the meal and have a twisted spice (accent). You can also enjoy high-quality chacoli and Rioja, marriage with southern Spanish sherry and French wine.
