経験豊富な英語教師で、言語教育に強い情熱を持っています。ビジネスマーケティングの学士号を取得し、日本語能力検定（Achievement Test）の資格も取得しています。
この資格は、日本で第二言語として英語を学ぶ子どもたちに効果的な英語教育戦略を開発する上で役立っています。
中学生と小学生の指導経験は2年以上あり、以前は様々な英語レッスンを提供するIT企業で働いていたため、様々な文化・言語的背景を持つ子どもたちと接してきました。
私の授業では、魅力的でインタラクティブな授業を提供すること、そして生徒一人ひとりの学習スタイルと目標（試験対策、会話力向上、日常会話の学習など）に合わせた授業を提供することに重点を置いています。
私はオンラインツールやプラットフォームの活用に非常に慣れており、生徒が自信を持って練習し、成長できるよう、フレンドリーでサポート体制の整った雰囲気作りを常に心がけています。
Hello, and thank you for this wonderful opportunity. My name is Mary Joy Palabao, and I’m an experienced English teacher with a strong passion for language education. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and I’m also I also had a Japanese Achievement Test certification, which has helped me develop effective strategies for teaching English as a second language for kids here in Japan.
I have 2+ years of experience teaching both children in Junior High-school and currently in Elementary, and I’ve worked with various cultural and linguistic backgrounds since I have worked in an I.T company before which has a variety of lessons for English language. In my classes, I focus on making lessons engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals—whether they’re preparing for exams, improving their conversation skills, or learning English for everyday conversation.
I’m very comfortable with using online tools and platforms, and I always aim to create a friendly, supportive atmosphere where students feel confident to practice and grow.
