About Total Conditionning
Unleash your potential in this dynamic total body functional fitness class that combines the intensity, strength and bodyweight training. Designed to work every muscle group, this class incorporates full body movements, resistance exercises with weights, and bodyweight movements to improve strength, agility and coordination.
The focus is on building smooth, efficient body movements while targeting the muscles used in everyday life for better posture, stability and balance. By improving functional strength, you'll sculpt a beautiful body line that's not only aesthetically pleasing, but also prepared for real-world activities.

Every Monday : 09:30 - 10:15am (45 minutes)
Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the lesson if it is your first lesson

Julian has always been driven by a passion for sports and fitness. As a former athlete, he excelled in football , MMA, Boxing, showcasing remarkable talent and determination.
As a fitness instructor, Julian has worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to seasoned athletes. He specialize in Strength and Agility, Sports Conditioning Exercises and Fitness Boxing. His classes are always dynamic and engaging. Julian believes in a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing not just physical health but also mental well-being.
In addition to his work as a fitness instructor, Julian has also contributed to the fitness community through various activities such as football, motivational workshops for youths and helping to promote a healthy lifestyle. He continue to stay updated with the latest trends and research in fitness, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible guidance.
Outside of the gym, Julian enjoys playing tennis, training and traveling which further enrich his approach to fitness and life. His journey from athlete to fitness instructor is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and passion for helping others lead healthier lives.

4. Select from the calendar the day you wish to book
5. Confirm your time selection

7. Select ticket, then choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase

Q. How do I book future classes?
A. After your 1st class, if you wish to continue we will request to input your details into our system along with a facial picture so you can access our in house booking system and access the premises on your next visit.
Q. Are the classes tattoo friendly
This class is tattoo friendly, but only inside the studio. As long as the tattoo(s) are covered when you enter the club, you can remove any outer clothing once you arrive at our studio. Once the class is over you can put on any outer clothing to cover any tattoos when leaving the club.
If you wish to take a shower after class you are again welcome to do so but you will need to cover the tattoo until you enter the shower cubicle/unit and then remove any clothing covering the tattoo.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but this method allows us to respect the values of all our members and non-members.

Q. How long do my tickets last?
A. Depending on how many tickets you buy they will last upto 6 months

Q. How long can I book in advance?
A. You may book up to the end of the next month.
Q. Will you have lessons on any other days?
A. We are always looking for feedback on what other days and times (extra weekedays, early mornings etc.) or in demand from our customers and aim to addomodate them.
Q. Are their any gym rules, terms or policies I need to know before attending?

Q. Do I have to sign any documents?
A. After your 1st lesson if you wish to continue we will request to input your details into our system along with a facial picture so you can access our premises and log in on your next visit.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Please come in wear you feel comfortable to workout + a pair of indoor training shoes.
Q. Can I rent wear?
A. Rental wear is available onsite for a one time or monthly fee.
Q. Do you have showers?
A. Yes. Included in your ticket you can use the facilities showers
Q. Do I need to be alread fit to particiapte?
A. The lesson is suitable for all fitness levels. You may choose a weight and step height that suits you. Also, the classes are for you to enjoy, so go at your pace, and take breaks whenever you feel you need them.
Q. What age group is the class for?
A. There are no age restrictions. We only ask that you do not have any current conditions or sickness, and that you have not recently undergone or ungoing any treatments that may impact your condition duriing the class.
Q. Can I use the other facilities?
A. Ticket members may only use the shower with a complimentry towel. If you wish to use the other facilities such as bath, Bedrock sauna, gym or co-working area a membership is required.
