Julian has always been driven by a passion for sports and fitness. As a former  athlete, he excelled in football , MMA, Boxing, showcasing remarkable talent and determination.

As a fitness instructor, Julian has worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to seasoned athletes. He specialize in Strength and Agility, Sports Conditioning Exercises and Fitness Boxing. His classes are always dynamic and engaging. Julian believes in a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing not just physical health but also mental well-being.

In addition to his work as a fitness instructor, Julian has also contributed to the fitness community through various activities such as football, motivational workshops for youths and helping to promote a healthy lifestyle. He continue to stay updated with the latest trends and research in fitness, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible guidance.

Outside of the gym, Julian enjoys playing tennis, training and traveling which further enrich his approach to fitness and life. His journey from athlete to fitness instructor is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and passion for helping others lead healthier lives.

This class is tattoo friendly, but only inside the studio. As long as the tattoo(s) are covered when you enter the club, you can remove any outer clothing once you arrive at our studio. Once the class is over you can put on any outer clothing to cover any tattoos when leaving the club.

If you wish to take a shower after class you are again welcome to do so but you will need to cover the tattoo until you enter the shower cubicle/unit and then remove any clothing covering the tattoo.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but this method allows us to respect the values of all our members and non-members.

A set sequence where we use a mixture of power yoga and hot yoga, combining intense physical work with meditation. The focus is on postures that open up the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening the core and upper body.

What Can I expect to get from Hot Power Yoga?

A workout for the body and mind, with a lot of sweating! Temperatures are around 38 degrees, so listening to your body is key. Because of the set sequence, students get to deepen their practice and see real results.



Meet your instructor !

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm originally from the Netherlands and have been practicing and loving the physical practice of yoga for over 15 years. It amazes me how the combination of stillness and movement can be challenging and uncomfortable, but allows you to surrender to that discomfort and grow from it.

After receiving my yoga license in South Africa and living in the Netherlands and Panama for a short time, I settled in Boston, USA where I returned to teaching yoga after the birth of my children. In the US, I joined one of the largest yoga studios in the US where I taught several types of yoga including Vinyassa and Power Yoga. My experience allowed me to grow as a teacher, but even more so as a student of yoga. Becoming the assistant manager of the studio has given me further insight into the world of yoga and I can't wait to share my practice with the beautiful people of Fitness Club Hiroo.

" Hi, I'm Sanne, a 34 year old living in the bustling city of Tokyo since September last year. Before moving here, I lived in the Netherlands where I worked in real estate and as a body pump instructor. It took me a while to settle in, but I'm thrilled to finally be back doing what I love most: working out together!

Another passion of mine is travelling and photography. I love discovering new countries, learning about different cultures and going on adventures. Living in Japan has given me the perfect opportunity to explore both inside and outside the country.

Although my Japanese isn't very good yet, I'm slowly learning the language. I'll be teaching my fitness classes in English, but I'll be mixing in some Japanese along the way. Everyone is welcome to join!

<レッスン内容>

ブロードウェイや宝塚・劇団四季、映画などミュージカルの曲を使って踊るシアターダンスクラスです。月毎に曲を替えていくので、来月はこの曲で踊りたい!などのリクエストも大歓迎です!

過去には映画『バーレスク』より“ショウミー・ハウ・ユー・バーレスク”の曲、『THIS IS IT』から『Thriller』、『映画『ボヘミアンラプソディー』より「Don't Stop Me Now」、「シング・シング・シング」で踊りました。

12月はクリスマスソングから、「Santa Claus Is Coming to Town」で踊ります。

〈レッスン内容〉

エアロビクスのフットパターンにサルサ、チャチャチャなどラテンダンスのステップアレンジしたダンススタイルのエアロビクスです。様々なスタイルのラテン音楽ノンストップmixに合わせて伸びやかにエクササイズして頂けます。

エクスプレスは「表現する」と言う意味です。音楽のテイスト生かした振付けに合わせて指先まで表現してください。

それぞれのラテンムーブメントのコツを押さえながら振付けを完成させますのラテンが初めての方もぜひ挑戦してみてください。
