It's easy to make a reservation here, I just redeemed my tickets right away on the day.

リフト券をセットで買うことでメリットが大きいです。

Check in is directly across the street of Kawaguchiko Station. There was an English speaking staff member there as well to assist if needed. Quick payment for the bus ride and lift ticket. They took credit card or cash. You can bring your own gear and store it in the bus trunk.

It came with a $10 coupon which pretty much paid for lunch. You do save on the lift ticket since the weekend price is more normally at the resort. A great deal in my opinion and good option if you want to finish off your Fuji trip with a weekend day of boarding/skiing if you're in the area without driving. I will be doing the option to get dropped off at the Onsen next. They said the Onsen has a shuttle that goes back to Kawaguchiko Station. (All this as of Dec 2020)

Great value

The staff arrived on time to process our tickets. They also provided free 1000 JPY coupon which we used in the observation deck lift. We enjoyed the bus ride from Kawaguchiko station to Fujiten Snow Resort which only took 25 to 30 minutes.

Great service and on time. Coach is clean and comfort.

Very efficient and courteous staff. Highly recommended. The only downside is that you have to decide ahead of time which bus to take going back. We had no idea how long we would stay since we have a small child with us. We booked the last trip only to have the child want to go home earlier. We waited outside for the driver to arrive just to ask if we could take the earlier bus and he allowed us to ride because there was still space. It would be better if there was a staff we could reach at Fujiten.

Picked up on time, great way to get up to Fujiten.
