★ご注意ください！ ：予約時に訓練初日（08:30～17:00）を選択いただくと全日程が予約されます。
なお、シーサバイバルを受講されない方もカレンダーで訓練初日を選択していただき
コース選択の項目入力に「シーサバイバルを受講しない」とご記入ください。
この際は２日目からの訓練参加となります。
またSSを受講しない場合も、予約確定メール内にはSSを含む金額が表示されますが、
実際の請求は、SS分を除いた金額となります。
訓練開始７日前以降のキャンセル料は料金の１００％となりますのでご注意ください。
各モジュールについて
ファーストエイド リフレッシャー（First Aid：FA-R、応急処置）
マニュアルハンドリング リフレッシャー（Manual Handling：MH-R、マニュアルハンドリング）
ワーキング・アット・ハイト リフレッシャー（Working at Height：WAH-R、高所作業）
ファイヤーアウェアネス リフレッシャー（Fire Awareness：FAW-R、火災予知）
シーサバイバル（Sea Survival：SS-R、海上生存技術） ※BST4-Rには含まれません
ハブ、スピナー及びブレード内における救助（HSIBR）
ナセル、タワー及びベースメントにおける救助（NTBR）
※ ワーキング・アット・ハイト及びマニュアルハンドリングは併せて一つのモジュールとして訓練します。
有効期限：２年
BSTコース及びARTコースの両方とも受講済みの方を対象とした、両コースの認定資格を同時に更新する５日間（SSを受講しない場合は４日間）のコースです。はじめての方は受講できません。
前回受講されたBSTコース及びARTコースのうち、後の方の更新期限日の2ヶ月前から受講することができます。（この場合、前回受講されたコースの更新期限から２年間資格が延長されます。）
更新期限日の2ヶ月より早く受講された場合、認定資格期間は今回の訓練終了後から2年間となってしまいますのでご注意ください。
また、認定資格期限を過ぎてしまった場合、本コースを受講できません。（この場合は、通常のBSTコース及びARTコースを受講する必要があります。）
本コースの受講日と受講に伴い更新されるBST及びARTの有効期限についてはこちらをご確認ください。
その他
コースは日本語です。
受講者は健康状態が良好で、十分な休息を取り、疲労、薬物乱用、または病気の兆候がなく、完全にコースに参加できる状態である必要があります。
ワーキング・アット・ハイト及びART科目の受講者は体重120kg以下であることが必要です。

Important Notice: When booking, please select the first day of training (08:30 - 17:00). This will automatically reserve all subsequent training days for you.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 7 days before the start of training, you will be charged 100% of the training fee.

Note: Working at Height and Manual Handling are combined into one module.
Validity:
The certification is valid for 2 years.
Eligibility:
This course is for those renewing their BST & ART certification. It is not available for first-time participants.
You can book this course up to 2 months before your current certification expires. This will extend your certification for another 2 years from the original expiry date.
If you book the course more than 2 months before your certification expires, your new certification will be valid for 2 years from the completion date of this course.
If your certification has already expired, you must retake the full BST course instead.
Additional Information:
Courses are available in Japanese or English.
Participants shall be medically fit, appear well-rested and be capable of fully participating showing no signs of fatigue, substance abuse or sickness.
Participants in the Working at Height and Sea Survival modules must weigh 120 kg or less.
The main difference between BST4-R and BST5-R is the inclusion of the Sea Survival Refresher (SS-R).
