こちらは2025年度 人間健康学部・大学院人間健康研究科のオフィスアワー予約専用ページです。
教員への相談がある場合は、こちらから事前に予約してください。

１　貸出時間について
原則、9：00～17：50まで。
※ただし、7/23～9/20については、〔9：00～16：50まで〕となります。
※貸し出しは利用開始時間の10分前から、返却は利用終了時間の10分後までに行ってください。

２　貸出・返却場所と方法について
吹田みらいキャンパス事務室（サウスウイング地下１階）にて行います。

貸出時：申請者本人が学生証を提示し、窓口で受け取ってください。
　　　グループで使用する場合でも、申請者が窓口にお越しください。
返却時：学生証を提示し、物品がそろっていることの確認を受けてください。
　　　こちらも貸出時と同じく、原則申請した人が窓口で返却してください。

３　物品・時間選択について（次ページ）
システムの仕様上、
・貸出時間　⇒　「メニュー」
・物品選択　⇒　「担当スタッフ」
と読み替えて選択下さい。

千里山キャンパス簡文館増築棟１階に、博物館及びなにわ大阪研究センターの研究班専用の研究室を設置しています。  

利用時は、本システムより申請をお願いします。  

現在、研究室１及び２のうち、研究室１をご利用いただけます。  





＜研究室概要＞  

６人定員です。ミーティングテーブルのほか、大型ディスプレイ、ホワイトボードを使用いただけます。  



＜申請できる方＞  

博物館研究員及びなにわ大阪研究センター研究員のうち、本学専任教育職員及び特別契約教授の先生方に申請をお願いします。 



＜申請方法＞  

・下部の「次へ」ボタンを押してください。 

・「メニュー」の「選択」を押すと「研究室60分」と出ますので、右のラジオボタン及び「完了」を押してください。 

・「日時選択」より、「希望日」を選択いただくと、利用可能な「開始時間」が表示されます。「開始時間」は1枠1時間毎に設定しています。希望時間を選択してください。表示されていない時間帯は、すでに予約済です。 

・「お客様情報」の入力をお願いします。入力が終わりましたら「予約確認」を押してください。 

・「この内容で予約しますか？」と表示されますので、ご確認の上「予約確定」を押してください。 

・１枠以上使用される場合は、お手数ですが、手続きを繰り返していただきますようお願いします。  



＜利用時間＞  

・夏期、冬期休業期間を除き、８時～22時の間、利用できます。  

・継続利用は原則３日までになります。  



＜研究室への入室について＞  

・増築棟１階玄関または北側入口より、IDカードをセンサーにかざして建物にお入りください（研究員で本学IDカードをお持ちの方は登録されているので入ることは可能ですが、お持ちでない方はIDカードをお持ちの方と一緒に入られるか、内側より開けていただく必要があります）。  

・研究室扉横にキーボックスがありますので、暗証番号によりボックスを開け、中にある鍵で解錠してください。  

・空調は隣の研究室２にあるコントローラーで調節をお願いします（空調は研究室１，２で共通になります。ご了承ください） 。 



＜使用終了時＞  

・使用後は、消灯（研究室、廊下）をお願いします。また、エアコンの設定を「送風」（換気のため）にしておいてください。 

・お帰りの際は、鍵を閉めてキーボックスにお戻しの上、キーボックスの暗証番号が判らなくなるよう、適宜ダイヤルを回しておいてください（研究室２も扉を開けた場合は、お忘れなくお願いします）。  

こんにちは、中央体育館トレーニングルームの利用講習会の利用申込受付ページです。

関大生のみなさんは、この講習会を受講することで、「中央体育館１階トレーニングルーム」を利用することができます。

以下の注意事項を確認の上、希望日を選択してください。

ご不明点がある場合や、指定された曜日・時間は授業の関係で参加が難しい場合は、千里山キャンパス新凱風館１階 スポーツ振興グループ窓口にお問い合わせください。

③場　所：中央体育館１階・トレーニングルーム(アクセスマップ はこちら )

④持ち物：学生証・教職員証、体育館シューズ

⑤定　員：各回 先着30名



【注意事項】

・トレーニングルーム利用講習会を受講していない方はトレーニングルームを利用できません。

　※過去にトレーニングルーム利用講習会を受講した方は、受講不要です。

・進学 等で学籍番号（教職員番号）が変更になった場合は、
　講習会受講前にスポーツ振興グループ窓口（千里山キャンパス 新凱風館 １階）へお問い合わせください。



【トレーニングルーム利用可能時間】

★月～金曜日：15時30分～19時30分　★土曜・日曜・祝日：原則、使用不可

（千里山キャンパス発）シャトルバスの運行

　本学では、千里山キャンパスと吹田みらいキャンパスを授業等の関係で移動するための補助手段として、シャトルバスを運行（無料）しています。
　また、シャトルバスは、通学や移動を保証するものではありません。運行は限定した時刻及び限られた台数のため、バスに乗り切れない場合や事情により運休・遅延する場合は、公共交通機関等を利用して頂くことになりますので、あらかじめご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。その他、シャトルバスの運行については、以下の点を確認のうえ、ご活用ください。

Shuttle Bus Service (from Senriyama Campus)

The University provides a shuttle bus service
(free of charge) to assist students who need to
transfer between Senriyama Campus and Suita
Mirai Campus for classes, etc.
The shuttle bus service does not guarantee
transportation to and from campuses.
If you are unable to ride the bus due to the
limited time and number of buses, or if the bus is
cancelled and delayed, you will be asked to use
public transportation or other means of
transportation. In addition, confirm the following
points regarding the shuttle bus service before
making use of it.

・When boarding the shuttle bus, please show

・Smoking is not permitted on the bus.

・Please take all trash with you and keep
　the bus clean.

・No one is allowed to get on or off the bus
　except at designated areas.

・The time required is an estimate. The bus may
　not be able to run at the scheduled time or
　may be cancelled without notice due to
　weather or road conditions.
　Please understand this in advance.

　　　　　　　　土曜　　　９：00～17：00　（４月・５月および９月の授業日のみ）

〇利用対象者　：　本学の学生、教員、事務職員



■予約方法

①借りたい時間を選び、「選択する」ボタンを押します。

　30分単位はオプションで「延長30分（30分）」を選択してください。

　例）２時間30分予約したい場合・・・「２時間」を選択し、オプションメニューで「延長30分（30分）」にチェックを入れる。

②「スタッフの選択」にて借りたい機材を1つ選び、「選択する」ボタンを押します。

③利用開始日時を◎から選択してください。

④お客様情報ページに必要事項を入力して「内容確認へ進む」ボタンを押してください。

⑤「予約する」ボタンを押すと予約が確定します。

⑥予約が完了すると、入力したメールアドレスに予約完了メールが配信されます。



※複数機材を借りる場合は、１つずつ予約を完了してください。

　「同じ内容で予約する」ボタンから進むとお客様情報の入力が省略できます。
