上原コーチ経歴：10歳から🇭🇺にてフェンシングを始め、個人最高成績はU17世界選手権3位（シニアナショナルチーム経歴あり）

Head Coach Uehara's background: He started fencing at the age of 10 at 🇭🇺.

1.マンツーマンプログラム（約1時間〜1時間15分程度）
☆内容について☆
🤺個人レッスン（30−40分）
🤺指名コーチとのファイティング（15本勝負数回）
🤺動画撮影→その場でアドバイス（15分〜）
目的:レッスンで習った事や自分の長所を活かし、短時間で効率的に向上させる目的のプログラムです。
また、動画をその場で見て、自身の課題や特徴を把握しレベルアップに繋げる内容となります。

*After the lesson, we will open 1 piste, so there is no problem to practice as it is.
1. One-on-one program (about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes)

Purpose: This program is intended to help you improve efficiently in a short time, using what you have learned in the lessons and your own strengths.
The program is also designed to help participants understand their own issues and characteristics and improve their skills by watching the video on the spot.

上原コーチ：11,000円（初回のみ半額）
日本代表・大学生（杉岡orその他）コーチ：8,000円（初回のみ半額）

2.マンツーマンレッスン

※初心者・経験者にも丁寧にその方とのディスカッションをした上で、個人レッスンを行います。

【価格】
上原コーチ：8,000円（小学生は30分：4000円）初回は半額となります。
日本代表・大学生コーチ（杉岡）：6,000円（小学生は30分：3000円）初回は半額となります。
【Price】
Uehara Coach: 8,000 yen (30 minutes for elementary school students: 4,000 yen) Half price for the first session.

*The first time is also applicable to those who have studied with the coaches before.
