🌕データの転送
AirDropかGoogleドライブでの転送になります。受け取り可能な端末をご用意下さい。Googleドライブの場合、転送にお時間を頂くか後日メールで送信させて頂きます。
※Googleドライブで送らせて頂いた画像は速やかに保存して下さい。当店での保存はいたしておりません。
🌕ご予約の際の注意点
※ご予約の5分前にはご来店下さい。遅れられますと、当日のご予約状況により撮影時間やメイク直しの時間が短くなる場合が御座います。
🌕キャンセルポリシー
※キャンセル及び日時の変更は前日までにお願いします。
※やむを得ず当日キャンセル又は日時変更される場合は、必ず電話にてご連絡下さい。
※ご予約の24時間前までに予約のキャンセル、日時の変更をいただければキャンセル料金は請求致しません。
※ご予約日の当日にキャンセルを行った場合は、3000円をご請求致します。
※無断キャンセルされますと、次回より御予約が取りにくくなる場合が御座います。
🌕撮影に関する注意点
※人数及びオプションのご利用については当日お伝え下さい。
※撮影ブースに入室されたご人数分の料金を頂戴致します。
※プロジェクターで投影したい画像が御座いましたらお持ち下さい。（AirDrop可能なものに限ります）
※プロジェクターで投影したい文字のリクエストが御座いましたら問い合わせフォームにてリクエスト下さい。
※スタジオ内での飲食は禁止です。
※スタジオ内の機材や背景紙などの使えないような破損をされた場合は、実費を頂きます。
※スタジオのご利用にあたってはスタッフの指示に従って下さい。
🌕誤ってシャッターやリモコンなどの機材を持ち帰られたお客様は速やかに返却をお願い致します。
🌕お支払いは、現金のみです。
🌕3歳以下のお子様のご料金は頂きません。※証明書の提示をお願いします。

🌕 The Moon Photo Spot is available for you to enjoy for free after your shoot.
🌕 Estimated time required: About 50 minutes
Makeup touch-up (10 mins) → Equipment explanation (5 mins) → Studio shoot (15 or 20 mins) → Photo Spot shooting, etc. (10 mins)
🌕 Data transfer:
Images will be transferred via AirDrop or Google Drive. Please prepare a device that can receive files.
If using Google Drive, transfers may take additional time or may be sent via email at a later date.
※Please save the data promptly once received via Google Drive. We do not store any image data.
🌕 Reservation notes:
※Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your makeup touch-up or shoot time may be shortened depending on the day's schedule.
🌕 Cancellation policy:
※Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made by the day before.
※If you must cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment due to unavoidable reasons, please call us directly.
※No cancellation fee will be charged if changes are made at least 24 hours in advance.
※A same-day cancellation will incur a ¥3,000 fee.
※No-shows may result in difficulty booking future appointments.
🌕 Photo shoot guidelines:
※Please inform us on the day if there are any additional people or optional services.
※We charge per person who enters the shooting booth.
※If you'd like to use your own image for projection, please bring it (AirDrop-compatible only).
※If you’d like us to project specific text, please send your request via our contact form in advance.
※Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the studio.
※In case of damage to studio equipment or backdrops, repair/replacement costs will be charged.
※Please follow staff instructions at all times while using the studio.
🌕 If you accidentally take home any equipment such as the shutter remote, please return it promptly.
🌕 Payment is cash only.
🌕 Children under 3 years old are free of charge. ※Please present proof of age.
