The staff were super friendly and helpful when going through the different kimono options, and were able to accomodate to hijab wearing family members. There are private changing areas too. What’s great is that the rental is close to Osaka Castle but would recommend to wear your own shoes and carry the rental sandals that come with the kimono by hand since not the easiest to walk in. Overall a great experience worth the price.

まず、Google Map に掲載されている電話番号は現在使用されていないようで、全くつながりません。
また、貴店ホームページに記載の電話番号についても、予約の 5日前から何度もお電話しましたが、一度もつながりませんでした。唯一つながった一回も、電話口からは撮影音やお客様と話している声だけが聞こえ、どなたからの応答もありませんでした。
さらに、数回いただいた折り返しのお電話は、いずれも営業時間外で、大変困惑しております。
これらの状況から、貴店が現在も正常に営業されているのか、大変疑問に感じております。
プラン内容やサービスに関する不明点・不安点についても、一切確認が取れず、非常に困っております。
