暑い夏は、川で体を冷やして流しそうめん！
大人は里山の自然に身を任せボディーケアの時間を。
子どもはエネルギーを発散させる昔懐かしい体験を。

流しそうめんの他、
ヨガ、カイロ、いももち焼き！
竹を切って器やお箸づくりに、川遊び！

茨城の田舎に集まった仲間たちで
大人も子どもも夏休みを楽しもう！
