「瞑茶茶房　千露利」（めいちゃさぼうちろり）は、「瞑想」の「瞑」と「銘茶」の「銘」を掛け合わせた店名に、「日常の喧騒を離れ、自分自身と向き合う時間を提供したい」という想いを込めた、癒しのための新たな空間です。

築70年の長屋市場の中にある店舗を改装した店内は、小さな枯山水の庭と和の落ち着いたデザインが調和した、心安らぐ空間を演出。陶琴の水音が静かに響き、訪れる方々に非日常の癒しを提供します。

千露利では、伝統的な日本茶文化を大切にしながら、マインドフルネスを取り入れた体験型プログラムがあります。

「茶碗の中の宇宙」をテーマに、2つのコースを通じて、心身のリフレッシュと静寂なひとときをお過ごしください。

・茶房のコース：厳選した銘茶や茶酒、ワインや全国の銘菓を店内の小さな枯山水を臨む静寂の空間で味わうひととき。

・心のコース：認定心理士、スピリチュアルケアワーカーによる心理学の視点を取り入れた「箱庭作り」や「タロットリーディング」、さらに自らの手でちいさな枯山水を作り上げる体験で、心を解きほぐし、自己を深く見つめる機会を提供します。

日本茶は、生産者から直接仕入れた農法にこだわる品。また、日本茶をベースにした茶酒や、オーガニックワイン「マキコレワイン」もご用意しています。これらと全国から厳選した銘菓で、五感を満たす特別な体験をお届けします。

・刻音しずく茶（2,800円）

　沈殿抽出式茶器「刻音（ときね）」を使用して淹れる季節の煎茶と一口菓子をセットにしたシンプルなコース。茶葉本来の風味をじっくり楽しめます。

・茶と茶酒と（5,500円）

　八女伝統玉露一煎と茶酒3杯、さらに全国各地の銘菓を組み合わせた贅沢なひととき。

・八女伝統本玉露を味わう（4,400円）

　八女伝統本玉露を3煎にわたって楽しむコース。御菓子やお茶漬けとともに提供します。

【心のコース】

・私をととのえる枯山水 （4,200円）

自らの手で小さな枯山水を作り、静寂と集中のひとときを体感するプログラムです。石や砂を用いた美しいミニチュアの庭をデザインしながら、心の静けさを育み、日常の喧騒を忘れる時間を提供します。

・私を知る箱庭 （お一人様 7,700円 / ペア 13,000円）

心理学的アプローチを取り入れた箱庭療法を基に、自分自身を見つめ直すひとときを楽しむコースです。色とりどりのオブジェを自由に配置しながら、自分の内面を表現し、新たな気づきを得る体験を提供します。ペアコースでは、互いの世界観を共有しながら深い対話を楽しめます。

・私を理解するタロット （13,000円）

心理学に基づいたタロットリーディングを通じて、心の奥底にある感情や思考を深く理解するコースです。カードに込められた象徴的なメッセージを紐解き、自分自身の内面に向き合う機会を提供します。

いずれの体験も、ウェルカムドリンクと厳選した銘茶、季節の銘菓をお楽しみいただけます。

A Journey of the Heart Starting with a Cup of Tea — Meicha Sabou Chirori

Meicha Sabou Chirori (the name combines the kanji for "meditation" and "fine tea") is a new space for healing, designed with the desire to provide a time for visitors to leave behind the noise of everyday life and connect with themselves. Located inside a 70-year-old row house market, the interior of the renovated space harmonizes a small Karesansui (dry landscape garden) with calming Japanese design, creating a serene atmosphere. The sound of a ceramic zither (tokin) softly echoes, offering a soothing, otherworldly experience to all who visit.

At Chirori, while cherishing traditional Japanese tea culture, we offer experiential programs that incorporate mindfulness. The theme of “The Universe in a Tea Bowl” invites you to refresh both body and mind and enjoy moments of peaceful silence through two distinct courses:

The Tea Room Course: A tranquil moment spent enjoying carefully selected fine teas, tea-based liquor, wine, and regional Japanese sweets in a serene space overlooking the small Karesansui garden.

The Mindfulness Course: A unique opportunity to unwind and reflect deeply through experiences such as creating a miniature Karesansui garden, “box garden making,” or engaging in a Tarot reading—all guided by certified psychologists and spiritual care workers. This course provides an opportunity for introspection and emotional release.

The Japanese teas served here are carefully sourced directly from producers, with a focus on farming methods. We also offer tea-based liquor, as well as organic wines such as Makicolle Wine. Together with a selection of carefully chosen regional Japanese sweets, we provide a special experience that delights all five senses.

Reservations are preferred at Meicha Sabou Chirori. If there are available seats on the day, we will accommodate walk-in guests at the front.

Reservations for the Tea Room are limited to a maximum of 4 people per group. We kindly ask that all members of a group order the same menu.

The maximum number of participants varies for the three mindfulness courses. Please confirm the details when booking.

The maximum time for seating is 90 minutes. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Our establishment offers food and drinks that may contain caffeine or alcohol. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. Additionally, we regret that we cannot accommodate children who have not yet entered school. We appreciate your understanding.

We accept payment via cash, credit card, and various cashless payment methods.
