ツアー概要
SHINDO LABでは「THE QUEST FOR THE ORIGINAL」をコンセプトに、独創的な挑戦を行っています。当ツアーにおいては、SHINDO LAB内にある「SHINDO DISTILLERY（新道蒸溜所）」を舞台に、私たちのウイスキーにかける挑戦に迫ります。単なる見学にとどまらず、私たちのこだわりの数々を、五感でお楽しみいただけます。
ツアー実施日
毎週火曜日 13:00〜15:00 1枠（日本語ガイドのみ）
毎週金曜日 13:00〜15:00 1枠（日本語／英語ガイド選択可能）
実施時間：約2時間（試飲含む）
臨時休業や、土曜日などに不定期開催することがございます。詳しくは次の「予約」ページからスケジュールをご確認ください。
カレンダーの枠以外の日程の予約のお問い合わせは受け付けかねます。ご了承くださいませ。

注意事項
ツアーにはウイスキーの試飲体験が含まれています。試飲をされない場合でも料金の減額はいたしかねますのでご注意ください。試飲をされない（できない）お客様向けにはお持ち帰りのセットをご用意しております。
ツアーガイドによって、英語でのご説明が可能なガイドと日本語のみの対応となるガイドがおります。英語でのご説明が必要なお客様は、英語対応可能なガイドのツアーをお選びください。
ツアーコース中には階段があります。たいへん申し訳ございませんが、車椅子をご利用のお客様はご案内が困難となっております。あらかじめご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。
ツアーには複数グループのお客様の参加が予定されます。スムーズなツアー運営にご協力いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Tour Overview
At SHINDO LAB, we undertake unique challenges under the concept of "THE QUEST FOR THE ORIGINAL". During this tour, set in the "SHINDO DISTILLERY" within SHINDO LAB, we delve into our passionate pursuit of whisky making. More than just a simple tour, you can enjoy our many distinctive features with all five senses.
Tour Dates and Times
Every Tuesday 13:00-15:00, 1 slot (Japanese guide only)
Every Friday 13:00-15:00, 1 slot (Choice of Japanese or English guide available)
Tour duration: Approximately 2 hours (includes tasting)
There may be irregular closures or occasional tours held on Saturdays. Please check the schedule on the next "Reservations" page for more details.
We are unable to accommodate reservation inquiries for dates outside of the available slots on the calendar. Thank you for your understanding.
Fees
5,000 yen (tax included)

You can participate by paying 1,000 yen per person on-site. *Tasting is not included.
▼For elementary school students and younger
You can participate for free. *Tasting is not included.Group Size Maximum of 10 people per tour
Notes
The tour includes a whisky tasting experience. Please note that fees will not be reduced even if you do not participate in the tasting. For customers who will not (or cannot) participate in the tasting, we have prepared a take-home set.
Some tour guides can provide explanations in English, while others can only provide guidance in Japanese. Customers who require explanations in English should select a tour with an English-speaking guide.
There are stairs on the tour route. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but it is difficult for us to guide customers using wheelchairs. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Multiple groups of customers are scheduled to participate in the tours. We kindly request your cooperation for the smooth operation of the tours.
