They were very accommodating. After arriving we were accommodated straight to Sora's booth on the 3F. We told them what our preferences were and Takata san and Shinpei san immediately gave their suggestions. We tried a lot of different designs and they were very patient with us. After we chose what design we wanted, we were seated and given drinks while we wait until they prepare the sizing kits and while the designer was finishing the drawing. Overall it was a very nice experience and we would definitely recommend Sora to others.
