RubyKaigi 2023に参加した際、「カンファレンスや職場に女性が少ない」「同じ目線で話せるRubyistの友だちを作りたい」という声を聞き、女性として参加しているRubyistの交流の場として、このランチ会を企画しました！

When I attended RubyKaigi 2023, I heard that there were not many women at conferences or in the workplace, and that I wanted to make friends who are Rubyists who could talk from the same perspective. It would be great to have a chance where women Rubyists could meet, so this is why I organized this lunch event.

This event is only open to those attending RubyKaigi 2024. We welcome participation from anyone in the community who attends as a woman (including non-binary individuals).
