の計２通が届きます。２通めの通知メールにて振込先口座をお知らせいたします。
３日前までのご申請はご入金確認をもちましてご予約確定となります。
前日、当日のご予約は事前ご入金は必要ございません。
通常予約のお客様（１年前より受付）、および、当館割引料金のお客さま（１週間前より受付）
のご予約時間につきまして、TIPC専用の予約カレンダーには反映されておりません。
ご申請前に、当館ウェブサイト上の予約済みカレンダーをご確認いただくことをお勧め致しますが、
バッティングした場合はご申請後に自動キャンセルとなります。

If you are a pianist who scheduled to participate in "The 5th Takamatsu International Piano Competition"to be held from March 16-28, 2022 and would like to use our Piano studio,
Please be sure to check the notes and make a reservation using this form.
If you would like to book more than 3 hours, please apply for a combination of menus.

Two pianos permanently installed in the salon will be open for use.

＊Please make sure to apply with the full name of the person who will be participating.
＊For reservations made before March 13, 2022, please complete the payment by bank transfer in advance. We will inform you of the bank transfer address in the approval email after your application.
＊No refunds will be made for cancellations after a reservation has been made, except in cases of force majeure such as illness.
＊If you wish to shorten the time after your reservation, you will not be refunded as with cancellations.
＊If you wish to change the start time or cancel your reservation due to your health condition, please call us at 087-813-5080 or 090-2789-0422.and please do so as soon as possible.
＊Please refrain from canceling without permission as much as possible, as there are also general guests at the Salon.
＊If the time of the previous and subsequent customers continues, 20 minutes from the time of both customers will be taken as ventilation time.
Example: Before: 13:00~15:00 (ventilation from 14:40) After: 15:00~19:00 (ventilation until 15:20)
