ご希望日の１年前より、ご予約いただけます。

ご予約は承認制となります。

承認申請後、承認メールを受け取られましたら、ご予約確定となります。



＜割引チケットをお持ちの方でも、以下の用途でお使いの方は通常予約となります。＞

＊レッスンとして利用したい。

（生徒さんがご予約され先生をご同伴、または先生がご予約されて生徒さんをご指導）

＊早い時期に希望日時を確実に押さえておきたい。

（コンクール前、コンサート前など）

＊複数名でシェアをしたい。

（無料のお勉強会、弾き合い会、アンサンブル、合唱、コーラスの練習など）

＊イベントを開催したい。

（イベント時の準備と撤去作業を含めた余裕のあるお時間でのご予約をお願いいたします）

＊２台ピアノ　（２台ともご使用いただけます）

<別途料金>

当日、アンプ等の機材をお持ち込みの際は実質ご利用分につきまして、ご退室の際に１００円／1時間を別途申し受けます。

当サロンは、６日前より、キャンセル料の設定がございます。

１週間前まで　　：正規一般価格の０％

６日〜３日前まで：正規一般価格の３０％

２日〜前日まで　：正規一般価格の５０％

当日　　　　　　：正規一般価格の１００％

＊台風等の天災、不慮の事故、急病などの場合はキャンセル料の対象外です。

The basic fees include YAMAHA C3 Piano and air counditioner,

and you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the Salon.



Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance.

Reservations are pending approval. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email from Cubic.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee in the case of cancellation from 6days before as follows.

3~6 days before : 30% Of the Basic fee

1~2 days before : 50% Of the Basic fee

On the day : 100% Of the Basic fee

Exceptions apply to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, and traffic accidents.

●お部屋の換気、消毒のため、お客様同士のご予約の間隔を２０〜３０分取らせていただきます。

換気の時間を考慮しない状態でも予約システムではご予約が申請できてしまいますため、承認の段階でご使用時間が続かないよう、サロンにより後からご申請くださったお客様のお時間を変更のうえ承認させていただくことがございます。くれぐれもご予約確定の通知をご開封のうえ内容をお確かめください。お時間変更の際は時間変更の通知も届きます。

注意：急病、災害、事故時のご対応について、万が一、ご自宅や、移動中に急病、災害、事故に遭われた時は、まずは安全を最優先に確保をしていただきまして、落ち着かれてから、後日サロンまでご一報いただけましたら幸いです。

●申請後①申請受付メール②承認メールの２通が届きご予約確定となります。

初めてご来館のお客様には大切なメッセージを書き添える場合がございますので必ず２通目の承認メールにお目通し下さいますようお願い申し上げます。

●承認待ちのお客様が重なりました場合は、先着順となります。

自動キャンセルとなったお客様にはキャンセルメールが届きます。

3時間を超えるご予約をご希望の場合は、メニューを組み合わせてご申請ください。
ご申請受付時間はご希望時間の３時間前までです。

の計２通が届きます。２通めの通知メールにて振込先口座をお知らせいたします。
３日前までのご申請はご入金確認をもちましてご予約確定となります。
前日、当日のご予約は事前ご入金は必要ございません。

通常予約のお客様（１年前より受付）、および、当館割引料金のお客さま（１週間前より受付）
のご予約時間につきまして、TIPC専用の予約カレンダーには反映されておりません。
ご申請前に、当館ウェブサイト上の予約済みカレンダーをご確認いただくことをお勧め致しますが、
バッティングした場合はご申請後に自動キャンセルとなります。

If you are a pianist who scheduled to participate in "The 5th Takamatsu International Piano Competition"to be held from March 16-28, 2022 and would like to use our Piano studio,
Please be sure to check the notes and make a reservation using this form.

If you would like to book more than 3 hours, please apply for a combination of menus.

Discounted student rates will be offered.
　　　　Two pianos permanently installed in the salon will be open for use.
　　　　Yamaha C3 / Boston GP193
　　　　Accompanist and your piano teacher can be present.

〜〜Notes〜〜

＊Please make sure to apply with the full name of the person who will be participating.
＊For reservations made before March 13, 2022, please complete the payment by bank transfer in advance. We will inform you of the bank transfer address in the approval email after your application.
＊No refunds will be made for cancellations after a reservation has been made, except in cases of force majeure such as illness.
＊If you wish to shorten the time after your reservation, you will not be refunded as with cancellations.
＊If you wish to change the start time or cancel your reservation due to your health condition, please call us at 087-813-5080 or 090-2789-0422.and please do so as soon as possible.
＊Please refrain from canceling without permission as much as possible, as there are also general guests at the Salon.
＊If the time of the previous and subsequent customers continues, 20 minutes from the time of both customers will be taken as ventilation time.
Example: Before: 13:00~15:00 (ventilation from 14:40) After: 15:00~19:00 (ventilation until 15:20)
