I went in for my first treatment for leg pain, especially around the knee muscles, which had been bothering me for over a month. Kajiki-san spent more than 30 minutes massaging my back, explaining that it was very tight and likely affecting my leg muscles. After the massage, she placed many acupuncture needles in my back and leg areas, followed by about 10 minutes of electrical stimulation.

Even after removing the needles, she checked my muscles again and added a few more where needed. She paid much more detailed attention than any other acupuncture experience I’ve had in the past.

Overall, the session lasted about 70 minutes—longer than the one hour I originally paid for.

The next day, I felt noticeably less pain when moving my leg, and I’m hopeful that the next couple of sessions will eliminate the problem completely.

疲れとストレスにより全身の凝り、特に首周り顎周りが酷い凝りで、頭痛による吐き気もあり悩んでいましま。出張整骨で来て頂いてた先生に毎日施術して頂いてかも改善されるどころか諸所の理由により悪化。「これは鍼灸に行こう！！」と地域の鍼灸を探していたところ「WARAKU」を見つけて直ぐに予約しました。丁寧なカウンセリングでどの様に針を刺していくか⁈日常にできる顎のストレッチなども教えて頂きました。施術も丁寧な気配りがあり久しぶりの緊張する針も不安なく受けることができました。

最後まで細かなケアだったことと、終わった後は首周りや顎、頭、全身の気になっていた箇所がよくなっていました。先生が女性と言うこともあり、細かなケアが心地良かったです。スッキリした身体で帰宅することができました。ありがとうございました。

I have had many different services from here. Each one was fantastic and really helped me.

It was my first time coming to this place and getting acupuncture and I won't come back. The person who performed my treatment didn't introduce herself and didn't even take the time to explain what she would be doing or what I could expect from treatment (even after knowing it was my first time ever having acupuncture). She spoke to me the bear minimum amount possible. If I ever try acupuncture again, I will go somewhere where better customer service is provided.
