カッピングは「吸玉療法」ともいわれ、カップを真空状態にして皮膚を吸引し、陰圧(引く力)で体の中に滞っている血液(瘀血)を吸引して血液循環を改善します。慢性的な疲労感、自律神経の乱れ、頑固な肩こり、腰痛、冷えや浮腫、などを改善する事ができます。血行が良くなるので凝り固まった筋肉がほぐれ、代謝も上がりますのでダイエット効果も期待できます。
※カップで皮膚を吸引するので、施術した所にピンクから赤、紫色の痕が1週間から10日ほど残ります。
※レギュラーは半身のみの施術です。
