・武当式の内家拳を深める専科クラスです。 自然の中で気を調えながら行うため、屋外稽古です。
・武当山での修業スタイルに忠実な稽古内容です。
・師範の直接指導です。
・単発参加不可。年間参加される方のみの稽古です。

■　稽古内容：武当式太極拳、逍遥掌、八卦掌、形意拳、形意八卦掌、太乙五行拳、気功（松渓派、龍門派、玄武派、三豊派など） 武当剣（太極剣、丹剣） など

\ THIS IS THE ADVANCED LESSONS OF WUDANG STYLE TAICHI & KUNGFU /

This is a specialized class to deepen the Wudang Style Internal Martial Arts.
This class will be held outdoors in order to practice in nature and tune your chi.
The teaching style is based on the training method in Wudang mountain.

[Practice Content]
Wudang Taichi, Shaoyao-zhang, Bagua-zhang, Xingyi-quan, Xingyi-Bagua-zhang, Wudang Taiyi Wuxing-quan, Qigong ( Songye school, Longmen school, Xuanwu school, Sanfeng school, etc), Wudang-quen (Taichi-jian, Dan-sword) etc.

- 1st and 3rd Sundays 13:30-16:30
- High intensity practice
- Intermediate to advanced
- Instruction by Master Wuwu 悟無
- Annual participation only (no short term participation)　
- Unlimited class participation to the general classes as well
- Direct instruction from the Master
- Children are welcome to participate.
- Japanese, English, French OK
