ヱビスの歴史を巡るミュージアムと、今まさにビールが醸造されているブルワリーを巡るガイドツアー。

YEBISU BREWERY TOKYOのフラッグシップビール「ヱビス ∞（ヱビス インフィニティ）」をご試飲いただきます。

A guided tour of the museum that will take you through the history of Yebisu and the brewery where the beer is brewed right now. In the taproom, you can sample YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO's flagship beer "Yebisu ∞(Infinity)."

・ネット予約のみです。電話や対面での予約は承っておりません。

・予約完了後の確認、キャンセルは予約完了メールに記載されております。

・予約人数は小人を含む全参加人数をお取りください。

例）大人１名と中人１名と小人１名の場合→予約人数は３名となります。

・ 1グループ最大5名様まで承ります。

・より多くのお客様にご体験いただきたいため、同一アドレスによる複数予約はお断りしております。

・満席の場合は予約ページよりキャンセル待ち登録をすることができます。空きが出た場合、全登録者へ一斉通知が届きます。その後、先着順で予約を承りますので再度お申込みください。

６月23日（日）まで現在受付中です。なお参加日前日の午前9時まで承っております。

６月24日（月）以降の予約については、 5月27日（月）より開始します。

■キャンセルについて

キャンセルは予約完了メールに記載されているリンク先から、お客様ご自身でお手続きください。ご予約開始時間の2時間前までにお済ませください。

なお、キャンセル手続きをされなかった場合、次回のご予約をお断りする場合もございます。

■注意事項

・車椅子でご来場のお客様、介助が必要なお客様は介助者のご同伴をお願いいたします。

・年齢確認をする場合がありますので身分証明書をお持ちください。

・ 20歳未満の方のみでのご参加はできません。予めご了承ください。

・ すべて日本語でのガイドになります。

■おねがい

・場内の安全・衛生確保のため、発熱や体調不良のお客様の来場はご遠慮ください。

・車・バイク・自転車を運転の方、20歳未満の方、妊娠中や授乳期の方は、ビールなどの酒類をご試飲できません。

・衛生管理上、食べ物および蓋のできないお飲み物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。

・ペット同伴はご遠慮いただいております。（補助犬を除く）

・荒天時や自然災害時など、やむを得ず休業させていただく場合があります。

■Reservation Details

Online bookings only.We do not accept bookings by phone or in person.

・Please see a booking confirmation e-mail for confirmation and cancellation after your booking is completed.

・Please book for all the participants including children.

ex）Example: 1 adult, 1 young adult (Junior high school students - people under 20) and 1 child

(Elementary school students and under)

・We accept a maximum of 5 persons per group.

・In order to ensure that as many guests as possible can participate in the tour,

we do not accept multiple bookings from the same e-mail address.

・When we are fully booked, you can register for the waiting list on the booking page.

・After that, bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply again.

■Reservation start date

・We are currently accepting applications until Sunday, June 23.We are open until nine o'clock in the morning, the day before the participation date.

・For reservations after Monday, June 24, please contact us, It will start on Monday, May 27.

■Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations must be made by the customer via the link provided in the booking confirmation e-mail.

・Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start time of reserved tour.

・Note that if you do not appear without cancellation, we reserve the right to refuse your future booking of the tour.

■Notes

・Guests in wheelchairs and those who require assistance must be accompanied by a caregiver.

・Please carry your ID card with you as we may check your age.

・ Persons under twenty years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged twenty or older.

・ The guided tour is conducted entirely in Japanese.

■Please note

・For the sake of safety and hygiene in the site, please refrain from visiting us if you have a fever or feel unwell.

・If you are going to travel by car, motorcycle or bicycle, are under twenty years of age, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will not be permitted

・Forhygienic reasons, please refrain from bringing in any food, or any drink in a container without a lid into the facility from outside.

・Please refrain from bringing pets (excluding helper dogs)

・We may be closed in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
