人は、どうすれば育つのでしょうか。
制度や評価、スキル研修を整えても、思うように人が育たない——そんな実感を持っている方も少なくないはずです。
昨今のトレンドを考えればAI・デジタルリテラシーは不可欠。
しかし同時に、いま改めて注目されているのが、ソフトスキルやEQ（感情知性）、そして人と人との関係性です。
成果や効率を追う前に、安心して話せる場があること。自分の気持ちや価値観を言葉にできること。
そうした「目に見えにくい要素」が、実は組織の学習力や創造性を大きく左右しています。
今回はLinkedIn Japanとのコラボレーション企画として、これからの時代に必要な組織とマネジメント、さらには文化・風土の在り方と、そこで求められる個々人のスキルやマインドの在り方を掘り下げていきます。
ゲストは実際に超大手企業の中で、従来の壁を壊して新しいチャレンジを続ける中村さん。感情知性＝EQから人・組織の在り方を探究するラーナさん。そしてLinkedInで活躍する木村さんのお三方。
経営者の方々はもちろんのこと、組織マネジメントや人事に関わる方にとっては、昨今注目される人的資本経営の輪郭を捉えていく機会に。またこれから転職・就職を控えている方などにとっては、ご自身のキャリアを考える機会になっていきます。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。
港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。
リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。
外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。

大手IT企業などを経て、現在はLinkedIn Japanのシニア・インサイト・アナリストとして活躍。データから導かれる戦略的洞察を提供し、クライアントが競争力を高めるための意思決定を支援。英語、日本語、スペイン語での多様な視点を活かし、グローバルなビジネス環境で価値を提供している
○ROCKLIT 岩渕 ラーナさん
多文化な経験と日本での長年の生活を背景に、成果そのものだけでなく、「どんな気持ちで取り組んでいるか」を大切にし、感情知性（EQ）を軸としたリーダーシップを支援。ROCKLITを設立し、Daruma Visionワークショップ、個別コーチング、企業研修を経営層や起業家などに向けて提供している。
○大企業所属 中村 有作さん
新型コロナウィルスをきっかけに立ち上がった、日本の超大手企業のグループ内の学習&交流コミュニティを運営。グループ内だけでなく、分野や組織、年代も超えたつながりを形成。エンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートさせ、現在は人財開発や組織開発に関心の幅を広げて活躍している。

How do people really grow?
Even with well-designed systems, evaluation frameworks, and skill training programs in place, many organizations still feel that people are not developing as they hoped. This is a challenge that many of us can relate to.
Looking at current trends, AI and digital literacy are clearly essential. At the same time, however, renewed attention is being paid to soft skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and the quality of relationships between people.
Before focusing on results and efficiency, there must be spaces where people feel safe to speak. Spaces where they can put their feelings and values into words. These “invisible elements” play a far greater role than we often realize in shaping an organization’s learning capacity and creativity.
In collaboration with LinkedIn Japan, this session will explore what kinds of organizations and management approaches are needed in the years ahead. We will also look at organizational culture and climate, and the skills and mindsets individuals are expected to develop within them.
Our guests include Nakamura-san, who continues to challenge conventional boundaries from within one of Japan’s largest corporations; Rana-san, who explores people and organizations through the lens of emotional intelligence (EQ); and Kimura-san, who is actively shaping conversations and practices through LinkedIn.
For executives, managers, and HR professionals, this will be an opportunity to better grasp the contours of human capital management, a topic that has gained significant attention in recent years. About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.
At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.
We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.
Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.

Rana Iwabuchi | ROCKLIT G.K.
With a multicultural background and many years of experience living and working in Japan, Rana Iwabuchi focuses not only on outcomes, but also on how people feel as they work toward them. Centering her practice on emotional intelligence (EQ), she supports leadership development that integrates inner awareness with action. She founded ROCKLIT G.K., through which she offers Daruma Vision workshops, one-on-one coaching, and corporate training programs for executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams.
Yusaku Nakamura | Major Japanese Corporation
Triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, Yusaku Nakamura launched and now operates a learning and networking community within one of Japan’s largest corporate groups. The community extends beyond internal boundaries, fostering connections across disciplines, organizations, and generations. Starting his career as an engineer, he has since expanded his focus to human resource development and organizational development, where he continues to explore new ways of learning and collaboration within large enterprises.
