[Please read the following information before scheduling the appointment]
1. This page is for scheduling appointments for drop-off the visa application in person during window service hour.
2. Please click through the next few screens to select an appropriate time slot for drop-off or pick up visa. Please schedule the appointmet of the pick up visa and pay the fee after the application was accepted.
3. You may schedule an appointment up to 2 months in advance. If there are no available time slots to choose from, they are all booked.
4. If more than one family member is going to visit the Consulate, please make one appointment for the entire family.
5. Your appointment ID number will be displayed on the screen ONLY ONCE. Please be sure to record this number by using a screen shot or some other means, and present it to the staff when you visit the Consulate.
6. Please verify that you have ALL the required documentation for your application before scheduling an appointment. We may not be able to accept your application if you do not have all the necessary documents.
7. No-shows create an inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other applicants who wish to schedule an urgent application.
8. ID check is conducted at the reception desk on the 1st floor. Please have your identification (passport, driver's license, student ID, etc.) ready upon arrival.
