We were giggling because I am pregnant and the baby was kicking a lot when she was waxing... great experience.

Very friendly staff, made me feel comfortable right away which was great. The treatment was quick and she tried her best to make it as pain-free as possible by talking to me the whole time. We spoke mostly in Japanese, but if you cannot speak Japanese she uses a translation app to accommodate you as much as possible. The room was private and comfortable. Overall very friendly & accommodating!
