Very friendly staff, made me feel comfortable right away which was great. The treatment was quick and she tried her best to make it as pain-free as possible by talking to me the whole time. We spoke mostly in Japanese, but if you cannot speak Japanese she uses a translation app to accommodate you as much as possible. The room was private and comfortable. Overall very friendly & accommodating!

Great wax, the staff took great care and time to match my pace in terms of my comfort. It was done gracefully and no hairs were left behind. The staff was a good conversationalist which helped me relax throughout the waxing (Japanese). I did a full men's chest and belly wax and we chatted about video games for most of it lol.
