過ごしました。

夢のような体験でした。

かねてからSNSで拝見していましたが、この度はじめて利用させていただきました。

レオタードでレッスンできる環境がとてもありがたく、温かい雰囲気でレッスンできました。

先生のご指導もわかりやすく、お手本や解説をしてくださるので初心者の方も安心してレッスンできると思います。

幼い頃の憧れが叶って、感謝しかありません。

また機会があれば是非利用してみたいと思っています。

First, as someone who danced for some years overseas and return after a hiatus, I had some wonderful experience here at Irodori

Just like the term "Ballet" itself, the lesson is designed to be challenging yet rewarding. It builds up from basic stretch, bar combinations, center works to cross-floor movements, all very stylish and graceful. The instructor is very patient in helping you correct your gestures. Overall I believe this is a class that will fit beginner as well as intermediate level dancers.

Second, the uniqueness about this class is that it welcomes people from all gender identities to freely express themselves as who they want to be. As a gender non-binary person, I felt well respected and enjoyed every second from head to toe.

In my opinion, ballet is a special form of art where you will find within the dance itself, together with wardrobe, millions of gender-related elements. In fact, many would even argue that, traditionally, ballet embodies very strict gender rules, for both male and female roles. Therefore, I really admire Ayaka Sensei's courage to break this wall to let her students to appreciate but not confined to the gender norms installed by the society. Even though it is just a ballet class, it surely stands for more.
