パスポート Passport:
予約の姓名は、パスポート記載どおりの英語表記で入力してください。別名併記がある方は、別名併記の入力は不要です。

複数名（ご家族さま）の申請、受け取りのご予約でも、一枠のご予約で結構です。
受取りは、必ず旅券名義人ご本人さまの来館が必要です。
You must come in person to collect your passport regardless of your age.
16時以降に翌日の予約を入れた方（例１：月曜19時に翌日火曜10時の来館予約を入れた場合、例２：金曜16時以降に翌週月曜日の来館予約を入れた場合）、および当日予約を入れた方は、入館時に警備員が予約情報を共有していないため、必ず本予約メールを警備員に提示してください。
郵送仮受付で申請したパスポートの受け取り予約は、別途書類を確認後に当館から予約を入れるので、オンライン予約不要です。

・申請者の個別の事情により、別途追加書類が必要になることがあります。
