This is the reservation form for the Tokyo Ginza Showroom.Please be aware that we operate on a reservation-only basis, and walk-ins without a reservation may be refused at the store.

Important Notes on Reservations
＊ご予約後に「ご来店前アンケート」のメールが届きますので、よりスムーズなご案内のためごご協力ください。
＊ご予約のキャンセルは3日前までにお願いをしております。2日前～当日のご予約キャンセルの場合は次回のご予約の優先順位が下がる可能性がございます。最大3か月ほどお待ちいただきますので、ご容赦ください。
After making a reservation, you will receive a "Pre-visit Survey" email. Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smoother service.We request that you cancel your reservation at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made 2 days prior to or on the day of the appointment may result in a lower priority for future reservations, and you may need to wait up to three months. We ask for your understanding.

If you must cancel within 2 days before or on the day of your appointment, please make sure to contact us. Please be aware that failing to notify us may result in the inability to accept future reservations.
