【オンラインカウンセリングについて】

About Online Counseling

・ご来店の難しいお客様

・ご来店をご検討中のお客様

・オンラインオーダーをご検討中のお客様

などのお客様向けに、オンラインカウンセリングにてご質問や、オンラインオーダーをお受けしております。

For customers who find it difficult to visit our store, customers considering visiting our store, or customers considering placing an online order, we offer online counseling to answer questions and accept online orders.

ご予約は承認制となっておりますので、承認完了メールをもってご予約確定となります。

オンラインカウンセリングはzoomにて行います。ご予約確定後にzoomリンクをご連絡いたします。

Reservations are subject to approval, and your reservation will be confirmed once you receive the approval confirmation email. Online counseling will be conducted via Zoom. We will send you the Zoom link once your reservation is confirmed.

This is the reservation form for the Tokyo Ginza Showroom.Please be aware that we operate on a reservation-only basis, and walk-ins without a reservation may be refused at the store.
