Using the ball has allowed me to limit my body's movements, creating stability as if brakes were applied. Could it be that I hadn't felt rotation before because I had been over-rotating? This workshop was truly an eye-opener.
I definitely want to apply this to my future Pilates practice. Thank you for the wonderful workshop.
