※小さなお子様用の自転車のご用意はございません。身長１４０cm以上の方にご利用していただける自転車をご用意しております。
※We do not have bicycles for small children. For safety reasons, people under 140 cm in height are not allowed.

1台 3時間 ￥2,500
1日 ￥3,500
料金は全て税込みです。
※返却時間は18時までとなっております。
※自転車の種類は当日お選びいただきます。在庫によってはご希望に添えない場合もありますのでご了承ください。
※当日はご本人確認のため身分証明書をお持ちください。受付時にコピーを取らせていただきます。
※キャンセルの受付はご利用日前日の17時までとなっております。
※天候不良の場合も自動キャンセルとはなりませんのでご注意ください。
【ご利用の流れ】
Step１．予約
当Webサイトにてご予約ください。
※システムの関係上、１度に１台分しかご予約いただけません。複数台ご希望の方はお一人ずつご予約いただくか、お電話、またはお問い合わせ からご利用希望日、ご利用台数を記入の上ご連絡ください。

Step２．来店・受け取り
当日は店舗へ直接ご来店ください。
ご本人確認のため身分証明書をお持ちください。受付時にコピーを取らせていただきます。

Step３．出発
自転車の乗り方などをスタッフからご説明致します。(15分程度)
道路交通法、マナーを守ってご利用ください。

Step４．返却
18時までにご返却ください。
返却場所は貸出店舗と同じです。
ご利用時間に応じて追加料金をいただきます。

PORTO MIYAJIMA is a bicycle rental store located on the World Heritage Site of Miyajima.
【Rental Fee】
1 bycycle 3 hours ￥2,500
1 day ¥3,500
All fees include tax.
*Please return bicycles by 6:00 p.m.
*Please choose the type of bicycle on the day of pickup.
*Please bring your ID for identification on the day. We will make a photocopy of your ID at the reception.
*Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the date of use.
*Please note that cancellations will not be automatically made in the event of inclement weather.
【How to use】
Step１．Resevation
Please make a reservation on our website.
*Because of the system, only one bicycle can be reserved at a time.
*If you would like more than one bicycle, please reserve them one at a time or please contact us at HERE with the date of use, and the number of bicycle you want to use.

Step 2: Visit the store and pick up bicycle
Please come directly to the store on the day of pickup.
Please bring your ID for identification. We will make a photocopy of your ID at the reception desk.

Step3. Departing
Our staff will explain how to ride an electrically power assisted bicycle. (about 15 minutes)
Please follow the road traffic laws and manners.
↓
Step4. Return
Please return by 6:00 p.m.
The return location is the same as the rental location.
An additional fee will be charged according to the time of use.
