日時変更・キャンセルについて

ご予約のキャンセルや日時変更は、前日までであれば予約システム経由で可能です。

当日、天候や体調不良などでご来店が難しい場合は、必ずご利用店舗までご連絡ください。

万が一、ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点で早めにご連絡ください。

　　 ※予約時間を1時間を超えても来店されない場合やご連絡がない場合は、自動的にキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。

スマートフォンフォルダー、裾バンド、ヘルメットのお貸し出しも承っております。

　ご希望の方は備考欄に記入していただくか、当日スタッフにお申し付けください。

Weekdays: 12:00~18:30 Weekends and holidays: 11:00~18:30 This plan is available from 11:00~18:30.

Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to one day in advance via the reservation system.

If you are unable to come to our shop on the day of your appointment due to weather or illness, please be sure to contact us.

In the unlikely event that you will be late for your reservation, please contact us as soon as you know.

　　※ If you do not show up for your appointment one hour after your scheduled appointment time, or if you did not contact us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

It is not possible to reserve multiple units at once. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please reserve one bicycle at a time.

スカートでも乗り降りしやすいフレーム形。変速ギアがなく操作性も簡単。体が起き上がってゆったりした乗り心地。

The most relaxed model in the tokyobike line up. It has a 'step-through' frame making it quick and easy to jump on and off the bike. The upright riding position is comfortable around town and ensures good visibility in city traffic.
