こちらのレッスンに通いだしてから股関節の動きがよくなり、腰の痛みも無くなりました。kyoko先生の分かりやすく丁寧な説明と内容にいつも満足しています。
平日にも骨盤矯正ヨガのレッスンができたらいいなぁ。。。と思えるくらい、楽しく通っています。

The quote on the teabag is: "Without the storms and rain, the life would cease to be." If its meaning is literally, then water is not the only element required for life. If its meaning is metaphorical, then yes, life is full of ups and downs.

"Storms, rain, and even tears are all the same water. Even if their shape, appearance, and state are different, they all come down to their source: water. You and I are made up of some water, and the Earth and the universe are made up of the same. In this way, the infinite universe and love are always expanding within us, and our core is unwavering and will always remain within us.
Am I reading too much into it? lol
