The English guided tour was extremely interesting! The tour guide was very knowledgable and I very much enjoyed learning about the process of making sake. The sake tasting after the tour was fun too (I did the premium tasting)

I enjoyed the tour. I learned a lot about sake-making and working in a brewery. The guide spoke clearly and explained everything well. The free-tasting at the end was fun and I enjoyed the different tastes of sake and amazake. This was one of the best birthday gifts I gave to myself. Will definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niigata. I might even do this again when I come back there.
