Wonderful session of making the Goshuincho. Pleasantly and patiently guided by the staff members. Even did their best to explain in English (staff's english was easy to understand too!) They even recommended a nearby temple for their well-known goshuin =)

The washi paper-making workshop was an excellent experience! The entire session was thoughtfully planned, with perfect timing to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process. The instructor was both friendly and highly knowledgeable, making the experience even more engaging and informative. We truly appreciated his guidance, which enhanced our understanding and enjoyment of the craft. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience!

The instructor was clear in his instructions and patient in guiding us the steps to make the washi paper. Highly recommend to all visitors in Kyoto to try this short (only 1 hour) but wonderful paper making workshop. The process of making washi paper is so detailed and delicate that it reminded me not to treat paper carelessly. If you have teenager children who loves to make art, bring them here and see their creativity soar.
