My wife and I are from Australia and we love the products and service we receive from Lofty. This was our second visit to the Lofty studio, and we tell all our Australian friends who are visiting Japan to go to your store. The lady that served us (I'm sorry I cant recall her name) was extremely polite, helpful and lovely. She even organised for an extra pillow outer cover to be ordered because we live in Australia.
