Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga. Lots of yoga poses are linked together in a unique sequence. By moving in time with your breathing and the rhythm of the music, your mind becomes absent-minded, and your state of mind deepens into concentration and meditation.

ヨガの種類の一つ。ユニークなシークエンスによって、数々のヨガポーズが繋がっています。呼吸と音楽のリズムに合わせて動くことで、マインドが無心となり、集中、瞑想へと心の状態が深まっていきます。
