This course will provide lessons of Shinkageryu-school iaido. You will learn how to assume the posture and to draw and sheathe a sword, aiming to work on Kata, iaido forms which are the main practice of iaido.

The Second and fourth Saturday of every month, from 22:00 to 23:00 JST

1.PC, tablet, or smartphone with ZOOM app downloaded ※3
2.Dogi, martial arts clothing or sports wear
3.Practice short sword or short wooden sword ※4 ※5

※Please note that you will not be able to register if it is 24 hours before the class.
■Process after application
1. After finish your application and payment, you will receive an automatic reply.
2. We will send you an email notifying the completion of your application. In that email, there are ZOOM URL we use on the day, so please keep it safe.
3. On the day of the class, please enter the meeting room 5minutes before the class starts.
※1 For your safety, you will use a practice short sword made of plastic in this course. If you would like to use an alloy sword, please ask private lessons.
※2 The lessons are conducted in Japanese with English interpretation. English-speaking people can participate in them even if don’t understand Japanese.
※3 ZOOM app will be used for the lessons. Please download it to your PC, tablet, or smartphone.
※4 Practice short sword is Wakizashi, made of plastic, appropriate for practicing at your home, E-BOGU made.
