Very fun class! I’ve been joining this class for some time now and it’s always a pleasure! The teacher is amazing, really good explanations and she is always here to spot in case of doubt! The music choices are always on point and it’s also a good workout! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great time in class! Got some serious challenges, but also great feedback which helped a lot from Jonathan!

初めて参加しました。アイラ先生は、キュートで、たくさん褒めてくれて、モチベ上がりました！教え方も上手で、できると思わなかったことが出来たりして、楽しかったです。

続けてやってみようと思います。

I have been loving the pole level 1 class with Midori! She is an excellent instructor in the way she sets up every class with a new sequence. I look forward to coming back every week!

I would not recommend this class for beginners who are only English-speaking. I understand that this course is for all levels and not offered in English, however, the instructor seemed to only want to work with and guide the other beginners who were Japanese speakers. I can understand that it may have been daunting to try and communicate in English but I could have benefited from even the slightest attention when attempting to recreate moves on my own. Nonetheless, I felt completely invisible and left very discouraged which is disappointing because aerial hoop seems like so much fun to learn!

丁寧に教えてくれます！時間内で沢山のことを教えてくれるのでレッスンの受けた達成感は毎回半端ないです！

初めての参加で柔軟性は自信がなかったのですが、先生の言う通りにやったら、想像を超える動きが直ぐに出来ました。とっても嬉しかったです。

先生がスタイル良くて綺麗でめちゃくちゃセクシーだった。

The splits for beginners class by Lu Sensei (the owner) was amazing! Although it's for beginners, the class was catered towards beginners as well as intermediate and advance level participants. I hope that this class becomes scheduled more regularly :)
