I had an amazing time! It was challenging in a good way and now I have things to work on/take back with me when I return home. The instructor was friendly and there were no language issues. I do understand some Japanese but as I'm more visual, verbal instructions weren't the most important.

I’ve been taking this class for almost a year now and today was my last one. It was an amazing journey! The teachers, the students, the atmosphere, … everything was great! It’s an unforgettable memory for me 🩷

Ive been taking static pole dance lessons for almost a year now so I wanted to try spinning pole. It was amazing! The teacher was very encouraging and so were the other students. The choreo we learned was beautiful and challenging! 10/10 would recommend

楽しいレッスンでした

身体柔らかいので、何かそれを活かした趣味を持ちたいと思い試してみました。

やってる最中は脂汗でますが、終わるとスッキリしてます。

It was really really cool! It was my first time doing pole dance, and I think this course was the best I could have!! I recommend it!!

選曲から振り付けから何から何まで楽しすぎて仕事も他の予定よりも何よりもヨセ先生のレッスンを最優先に行きたくなるくらいに毎回楽しいレッスンです♪♪

教え方もすごく優しくてほんのちょっとずつだけど出来る技が増えるたびに楽しくなっていって毎回、行って良かったな♪って、今日もすごく楽しかったな♪ってとても充実した時間を過ごせます

I did an open pole class at Pole Dance Tokyo. It was fairly easy to book online while still overseas. The studio is easy to find as they had clear posters and signs outside. Walking in, I felt the vibrant vibe of their pole community. The lighting also added pizzazz to my practice time. The floor is also very barefoot/sock-friendly for lyrical or contemporary dances. Also, I love that the owner is an animal shelter volunteer and promotes pet adoption.

Sayaka sensei , is a great teacher and she’s very encouraging. I can feel confident in her lesson .

指先と足先の筋肉まで全部駆使して、満身創痍ですが毎回必ず収穫のある大満足のレッスンです。また利用したいと思います。

楽しいレッスンであっという間の70分。

頬っぺたまで筋肉痛になってしまいます。

その日の参加者のレベルを把握して、トリックや繋ぎ技を教えてくれますので無理がない　70分なので慌ただしくない　着実にスキルアップしてます。次回やりたいトリックのリクエストもしました

I would just like to say how welcomed and comfortable pole dance Tokyo made me feel, the booking process was really easy and I had a class with Teo as he was one of the English speaking instructors, he was amazing and I was able to follow the class. As I’m visiting Japan from Australia I was a little nervous but I’m so glad I did it. 100% recommend this place!!

運動すら初心者でしたが明るい先生が丁寧に教えてくださいました。ポールを掴むことしかできませんでしたがすごく楽しかったのとクラスの雰囲気も良くてすぐ入会しました。

It has been a great experience! The teachers are super professional, the classes are easy to understand and have a very good pace. In addition, the teacher is attentive to each participant. The warm-up is very complete, to avoid injuries it is perfect. Lastly, the atmosphere is great and everyone is super friendly!

1点だけ、腕時計をしたままレッスンに参加している方がいらしたので、スタジオ側からアナウンスしてもらえたらと思います。
