Brochure indicated more than just a bus ride. 7500Y per person just for the bus is a rip off. You also only had selected days available and selected a day where the cafes were not open. So we didn't have lunch and when we arrived there was limited signage as to where to go, leaving everyone to figure it out. The park was mediocre at best. If you are going to advertise your business as a tour, then the expectation is that it is a tour, not just transportation to a destination. We got no information about the monkeys such as why they are there, what they eat, habits, history etc...this is what a tour should include.

Regarding the “Snow Monkey's Cafe” not being open.
This café is closed irregularly and we were not aware that it was closed, and we apologize for not being able to guide you there.
This tour was a self-guided tour.
We will improve the explanation of the monkeys' ecology and the tour schedule in future tours to make it easier to understand.
